Refunds

A Pro charge is not refunded automatically. Cancelling the subscription stops the next renewal. It does not return a payment that Razorpay has already captured.

If a charge was a mistake, a duplicate, or you were billed after a cancellation that Razorpay had already accepted, write to fktiindia@gmail.com. Include the email on the account and the Razorpay payment id. Do not send a card number. Each request is read by a person. There is no published promise of a refund within a set number of days, and this page does not invent one.

The free lessons do not need a payment. The demo account cannot start a charge.
